DXF input places arcs in an unconnected location

The perimeter of an object has been drawn and exported to a DXF file. It contained two radiused corners. The straight lines are imported ant the two radii are placed at a different X value. They have to be moved to join up. They have been created by Microstation and import perfectly into Autocad. Then saved by Autocad as a DXF ind imported into Mecway.
Can you help. This has happened with several DXF imports. File attached.

Encountered no trouble. Opened in CAD, saw no gaps between lines. Created one polyline, exported as AutoCAD 2000 (ASCII) dxf. No trouble in Mecway. Automeshed surfaces as shown.

EDIT: Went back and was able to duplicate your issue when I imported your native file directly into Mecway. I guess the polyline operation herds all the segments together. Lucky first try.
