Perpetual license with 1 year of updates and support

• Allows indefinite use of Mecway version 26 and any updates released within the maintenance period.
• Support by email to support@mecway.com within the maintenance period. We promise a maximum 48 hour response time unless prevented by deliverability problems. Notify us if you use a different email address from the one your product key is sent to.
• The maintenance period is 1 year from the date of supply.
• For one concurrent user on one computer.
• You may transfer the license to another computer any number of times.
• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with Mecway, notify us within 1 month of the date of supply for a refund of your payment and termination of the license.
• We will email you a product key within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

1 Year Maintenance

• Extends an existing license to allow indefinite use of all versions of Mecway released within the maintenance period.
• Support by email to support@mecway.com within the maintenance period. We promise a maximum 48 hour response time unless prevented by deliverability problems. Notify us if you use a different email address from the one your product key is sent to.
• The maintenance period is 1 year from either date of supply or the end of the previous maintenance period, whichever is later.
• You may need to provide your existing product key for identification.
• We will email you a new product key within 48 hours of receipt of payment and identification of your existing license.

If you bought your license before 2017-04-09, you will probably need to buy maintenance to update to version 25 or later.

If you bought your license between 2017-04-09 and 2024-05-26, you do not need maintenance for updates.

If you're not sure, try to activate it using your existing product key.

Invoices

If you require a quotation, proforma invoice, or your company's details on your invoice, email support@mecway.com before paying. Otherwise you will receive an invoice showing your name and email address.

Payment by bank transfer

An alternative to credit card payment above is international wire transfer or local bank transfer.
