   I had a quick look and I believe some of the normal vectors in your contact surface definitions may be inconsistent. I got a partial solution by deleting contact surface #2, changing to nonlinear dyn

   I have redone my model and it is not lining up with my Roark calculations. Any suggestions? The stiffener channel does not seem to be having any effect on the deflection of the plate.

   For #2, there's no matching mesh feature but bonded contact should be fine. A problem case is at the common edge between two different bonded contacts. If you fill the wedge shaped gap in the picture
