• Here is a STEP file.The part is a 5" diameter A36 plate, .25 thick, with a 1 psi load in the 2" diameter area in the center of the plate. The edges of the plate is held fixed.

• It must be the initial translation to the igs file.I drew it in Solidworks. I will redraw it and convert it to a STEP file.

• @vmh When I use a CAD system, do I just draw with lines and break it up in the program or do I need to break my lines? Also, can I draw a solid model in CAD and bring it in as an iges file? I am new to this program and seriously concidering purchas…
