Hole tool

When a hole is made in a node that is ¨one element from th edge of the piece¨, the hole tool makes the element between the node and the edge dessapear.
See the 3 holes I did in thar homogeneous mesh.

    Unfortunately this is a limitation of the algorithm which is simply deleting elements and moving nodes, not reconnecting elements to different nodes.
