¿Are you using bolts or rodbar?
I suppose you are neglecting the threads in both the bolt and mount adapter ¿isn't it?.
¿Is it a common practice when modelling studs or bolts?
It looks to me like it is a point of important stress concentration when the bolt is in shear or bending.

for this plastic analysis I neglected the bolt threads.

note: I was able to apply bolt pre-tension by using offset nodes and the contact feature. That was a nice.
