You might be able to do harmonic analysis using *STEADY STATE DYNAMICS with the CalculiX solver but a lot of it is going to be hand-entered commands and Mecway's postprocessor probably won't be able to display the solution.
For small models or short durations of 10s of periods, you could use ordinary time domain dynamic response analysis and define the loads as sin(t) functions though it's not as efficient. You could also do random vibration like this by entering table of random values.
