Getting fail when ruunung program

PS 10/24/16: Arial is installed. When I restore defaults it is still not running

    It looks like the Arial font is missing. Some things to try:

    Control panel -> Appearance and Personalization -> Fonts -> Font settings -> Restore default font settings

    Look in the folder \Windows\Fonts and see if Arial is there and includes Regular in its list of styles.

    If it's not there, possibly try to download Arial from here
