Can't use 3d mesh on a hollow model

Dear Victor, I have this 3d hollow model (without crack) and would like to turn it into a 3d solid mesh. However, whenever I use automesh 3d it keeps saying that meshing failed. I uploaded my model up here and hope to hear from you soon. Thank you very much for your help.

    A restriction of Automesh 3D is that all the elements have to be oriented with their "upper" face in the same direction. If you turn on "Show element axes", it shows that one surface have backwards faces. You can reverse them using Mesh tools -> Invert. Here's the corrected mesh.
