toolbar customizations

hi victor,
i'm still pretty new to mecway so forgive me if these things are already possible. but i was wondering if you could have options to make the toolbar icons big or small. also would it be possible to add and remove icons for every function that is in the drop down menus. some options are in the drop down menus, like pan for instance, but not on the toolbar. i know you are thinking of gui updates. so just want to include these things if possible.
