Negative Jacobian mesh. Help wanted.

Help wanted!! I am struggling to mesh this model. When I click solve , a list of bad elements is returned by ccx engine as the analysis fails. I have been trying several meshing parameters combinations but all wrong. Any suggestion will be appreciated. thank you. Manuel

Hi Manuel, I was able to solve it reducing the element size of the thin component and changing the contact parameters to basic TIE configuration. Still didn´t have the time to analyze the new bc of this new version of Mecway, but can you tell us why you choose elastic with infinite tolerance? Tolerance affect the node positions and normally is related to this bad shape element error during solving.

Dear Sergio:
I just swapped between master-slave surface and it worked out perfectly.
It was not the meshing parameters, it was a matter of contacts.
