Temp issue when used with contacts

I appear to get an odd problem when I try and apply a temperature change to an element when contact is involved in an analysis -I get an error in checkpoint. I can't remeber seeing this error b4

    Oh. This looks like a new bug in CCX 2.21. Version 2.20 solves and the contact seems to work OK, so you might need to change to that.

    After looking into it, it turns out it's actually a bug in Mecway not being properly updated to a change in CCX 2.21.

    With contact and time steps, Mecway generates an extra *STEP section to work around an unrelated CCX bug. That extra *STEP section doesn't contain temperatures which are now required.

    To make it work in CCX 2.21, add a no extra contact step item to the CCX branch of the outline tree. The downside to doing this is that the contact stiffness changes over the course of the simulation, reaching the specified value (7000 GPa/m) only at the end (t=1 s).
