Need help with modal stress plots

I am interested in plotting stress contours in modal analysis. How do I do it? I know the magnitudes are fictitious but I’m trying to understand the behavior. Thanks

    Remove any loads that trigger stress-stiffening and it outputs stress in the same way as static analysis.
