Scripting interface

Hello
Do Mecway have a programming interface? I see that more and more FEM software no use Python as their scripting language.

  • Unfortunately not. At least not yet. The closest thing would be generating models programatically by writing a .liml file and starting the solver with the command line. There's an example that generates .liml files from an Excel spreadsheet in the Samples folder (Samples\MeshGenerator.xls).
  • Hi, I'm in a similar doubt, I'm using as postprocesador of CCX and everytime I do the same steps to postprocess:

    1) Selecting variable to postprocess in the tree
    2) Selecting fit window
    3) Selecting deformed model escale 1
    4) Adjusting min scale of stress to cero

Would be great to try to save a kind of macro or pass as modifiers in the command line.

    Regards
