DXF input very hard

In order to model a concrete panel I've tried to input dxf.

No way

Any help?

    Tested a model similar to the one you show. Different formats attempted:
    1. Dxf: No good. Automesh 2D just blanket fills everything within the outer perimeter.
    2. STL: Success. All regions meshed.
    3. STEP: Success. All regions meshed.
    Edit: Although its more work, you can get dxf to work if you first create a parting line down the middle and erase, say, the lower half -- essentially removing/opening up the interior spaces (it now resembles a hair comb). Once Automesh does its thing, use the Mirror-Copy command about the part.line to restore the part.
