Error P4

I finally had a chance to run V3.0 and keep getting the following:

Error: P-4 May be underconstrained or have no material.

However the same files work without any problem under V2.0.

What am I missing?

    Oops! My apologies but I was assigning material data to the default elements of which there were none! I was importing step files and not paying attention.
