Thickness of the element for custom solution

Hello everybody,

¿Is there a way to obtain the thickness associated to each element in an arbitrary shell model to build a custom formula with it?
I’m trying to get it indirectly from available variables ( Stress/StressResultant , gradient) but I’m not finding the way.

I don't think so, sorry. You could get thickness using the API but then it's not available for putting into a field variable.

3 material properties are available for formulas - density, E, and specific heat, so if you're not using those for what they're for, perhaps you could copy thickness into one of them in the model.
