Hi,

I'm getting this error when tring to run thermal transient after a refine x2 mesh.

*ERROR in gen3dnor: size of estimated
shell normal in node 1 element 998
is smaller than 1.e-10

Same error in steady state.

There is no issue to refine or run when the model is into Static 2D for example.

There's a minimum element size of a few microns for CCX. You likely need to scale it up and imagine different units for everything to compensate, unfortunately.
