Meshing problem

Solid models of a web and separate flanges - exported as STEP - imported into Mercway

When meshing, I receive a series of error messages.

divide edge: local h too small
CORRECTED

can someine assist as I cannot resolve the meaning at this time

    Can you share the geometry file?

    Those messages from the mesher can be misleading and I don't know what they mean. Some that look like yours are normal and harmless.

    It sounds like you have multiple parts which often won't mesh. Use File -> Split step assembly then import the individual part files it generates.

    Or it could be not water-tight. You can try a surface mesh then if that works, use View -> Show model edges and/or View -> Open cracks to try to find any gaps between surfaces. Or it might not be a single part.
