Nodal supports 6 DOF

Hi All

When constraining/ supporting nodes is there a way to constrain particular degrees of freedom rather than using the standard fixed of frictionless supports. I'm looking for a way of constraining any number of degrees of freedom for nodes from TX TY TZ RX RY RZ.

    The Displacement and Node rotation constraints do that. Each one constrains a single DOF. Choose one of the predefined orientations (X, Y, Z) to populate the top row of input fields and they will behave like traditional global DOF constraints.

    Is possible to add a boundary condition widget to be able to pick several/all dof of a node/surface set? I mean, in one window.

    I also would love the ability to toggle on/off multiple DOF constraints in a single window.

    Thanks for suggesting that again. I'm not sure about it at the moment but it's on my list to sort out.
