    Thanks! That was really quick. Will you compile also CGX in the future? The new option to create sets automaticly "by colors" on the geometry looks interesting.

    I'm a bit uncomfortable with the .exe files on dhondt.de because they don't have any makefiles/etc to build them or any source modifications needed for Windows. Without that, they're not really distributed under GPL so you can't redistribute them. But it is nice that he directly provides Windows binaries now!

    It could be that Guido be a little overwhelmed, there are a lot of things to keep in a project of this magnitude. I do not really know how many people are contributing to the code. But yes, there are certain aspects that could be better in CalculiX.

    Even that, is great to have two releases per year with new features, bugfixes and well documented.
