Does Mecway support so-called second-order mesh?

I assume you mean second order elements, such as tet10 and hex20? You used these in your EVA pad model.
To get them:
If you're importing STEP file, choose
Quadratic elements (with midside nodes)
in the
Meshing parameters
.
If you're making the mesh directly, use
Mesh tools -> Change element shape
to change from tet4 to tet10 or hex8 to hex20, etc.

Thank you, Victor. I am confused about the terminologies used in different FEA tools. Yes, I was referring to elements with midside nodes such asTet10, Hex8, etc.
