Switching from linear to nonlinear static 3Dwith CCX solver

I created a slice (10 degrees) of a disc panel with rubber surround in ViaCAD. The panel and surround were exported to STEP file separately. Mecway imported the two STEP files and meshed them. I used boned contact to joint the two components. Elastic supports were used to the edged faces. It run smoothly in static 3D with converged displacement values.

Now I want to use nonlinear elastic mode for the rubber (Neo-Hooke). However, nonlinear static 3D CCX solver doesn't support bonded contact and elastic support constraints. Any suggestions?

  • Sorry, bonded contact is supported by CCX with TIE option enabled. It seems that I can use displacement constraint to replace elastic support in this case.
