Netgen documentation/tutorials

Not a strictly Mecway related question, but I gave a try to the stand alone version of Netgen and I can't seem to find pratical documentation for it. I figure out most of the functions throught trial and error, but I'm still puzzled by things like why the element quality graph show only good elements but still export negative jacobian ones and what the various optimization settings actually do. Do you know where I could find some good tutorials or example? Thanks!

I agree with you, very few documentation available for such great program. One of the most usefull options/tools to me is the Geometric Doctor, has repaired lot of models that was unnable to mesh directly.

Thanks Sergio. Do you know if the linux version more stable than the windows one?

Simon, I have never try the Linux version of Netgen, maybe in the next days as I have installed Ubuntu on a virtualbox machine. In Windows there are some crashes, but normally they are due to very bad geometry. What kind of problems you are facing?
