negative vonMises ??

I receive negative VM results during analysis (see attachment ).... Somebody can explain me is it possible ???

Maybe your elements are too much distorted due to the small thikness. Would be better with shell elements.

Mesh is very irregular and due to the modelization you will never reach stress convergence. So make the mesh more regular you will have a good stress field far for the pipe junction but, due to the bending, peak stress along the circunference will never be accurate. All depends from your necessity. If you are looking for a peak stress this model is wrong.

Probably node values are non negative but interpolation gives negative values somewhere.
You can check that making a table with nove values.
