Automesh 2D local refinement

Is it possible to specify a inner node in Automesh 2D local refinement?

    Not directly. If you're starting from plane elements, you can make a boundary through the shape though, and use a node on that.

    If you're starting from line elements, you can make a separate loop inside the shape and use a node on that.
