How can I obtain the total heat rate on a face where imported convection was defined?

Hello I'm using ANSYS Steady-State Thermal and I have defined a imported convection boundary condition on a face of my geometry. I want to obtain the total heat rate on that face, ¿how can i do it?. I have defined a construction geometry surface but that only works for flat surfaces and I need to get the heat rate on a non-flat surface where the importec HTC boundary condition was applied.
