System nullreferenceexception error

we are thinking to purchase this product so I m running on trial version and test before we purchase. It loads the stp file but doesn't show the model at all.

We use windows 7 enterprise service pack 1 and 64 bit in the company. how can we resolve the issue?

Could it be that you have removed the step file from the analysis folder? Otherwise upload the step file and we could try to reproduce the error.

I've addressed this privately now but for anyone else with the same problem - no graphics appear at any point - only Windows controls:

Start -> Run -> dxdiag

Click the Display1/Display2/etc tabs and make sure "Direct3D Acceleration:" says "Enabled"

If that shows that Direct3D isn't working, some possibilities:

• Your computer doesn't have hardware 3D capabilities.
  
• It's a virtual machine with 3D acceleration disabled.
• DirectDraw or Direct3D option is unavailable: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/191660

• Try to repair a possibly faulty Direct3D installation with Platform Update: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36805
